Project Management

Linx sees Project Management as a partnership between us and our client. All projects are centrally managed through Linx’s Project Management Office (PMO), and a Project Manager is appointed to every project.

Linx’s Project Methodology adapts to the client’s needs, and recognises that each client and project is different. We also know that delivering a successful project is not just about managing cost and timelines – it is also about users embracing and supporting the change. We believe the only way to achieve this is by collaborating with you and the users.
