Pas Vizzone – Managing Director

Pas was born in Italy, but grew up in Woolloomooloo, Sydney. He graduated from Macquarie University’s pioneering Actuarial course in 1971, and worked in the actuarial departments of major insurance companies such as AMP. He joined Brambles in 1977 and relocated to Melbourne as IT Manager of Cleanaway, a division of Brambles.

In 1982 he was appointed as the National IT Manager of Brambles Transport, which gave him a strong understanding of the logistics industry. He left Brambles in 1986 to pursue a career as an independent consultant, and completed assignments for MLC, Western Australian Lotteries, and Kailis Brothers amongst others. In 1995 he purchased Linx, and has since grown the company from a small 6-person team to over 35 employees.

His main hobbies are golf, travel, and (being Italian), good food. He has also recently taken up running, and in 2011, after a 25-year hiatus, ran the Sydney City to Surf.


Ken Sellers – Manager Operations and Sales

Ken is responsible for all aspects of Linx’s operations, with a particular focus on sales, client and delivery management.

Ken joined Linx as the Sales Manager in 2009. Prior to that, Ken held state and national sales management responsibilities at Progress Software.

He is a senior IT professional with over 30 years experience in software sales, development, project and change management who has successfully demonstrated his ability to build multiple software product and services companies in the Australian market.

Ken’s time away from work is filled by his young family.

Andrew Boughen – Manager PMO

Andrew is in charge of Linx’s Project Management Office. He is responsible for Linx’s Project Management Methodology, project resourcing, and project management.

Andrew joined Linx in 2007 as a Business Analyst. He has a Bachelor of Music, majoring in computer music composition, and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English. He previously worked for Telstra Wholesale in IT Customer Support, and most recently as a Senior Project Specialist liaising between the business and Telstra IT department.

Andrew’s interests include wine, food, and music.

Jim Bajada – Manager Finance

Jim’s responsibilities include all aspects of the Financial and Accounting functions ranging from the production of timely and accurate reports to cash management and government compliance issues.

Jim has had an extensive career path which spans across various industries (Retail, Transport, Manufacturing and Finance). His time at Brambles Industries as General Manager for the Waste Disposal division and as National Commercial Manager for the Transport and Equipment Hire divisions exposed him to a high level of board presentations, involvement in due diligence exercises for company acquisitions, and management of an extensive team of accounting professionals.

His experience also extends to the establishment, growth and successful sell-off of two private companies in the food distribution and the computer retailing sectors.

Jim’s number one love is Collingwood. Somewhere after that he also has time to be lead singer for his rock group.
